About me
christ follower + wife + mom + doula + educator
First and foremost, I am a devoted Christ follower and lover of my Lord & Savior. With God's grace I am saved and constantly receiving grace. I am helping lead my family with my supportive and leading husband, Tyler. We have four boys who are 9, 7, 4, and 7 months.
I love all things home: homebirth, homeschool, homemaking, homesteading
I started in this ministry when I was at a place of feeling the world was crumbling underneath us. I knew that God had put me here on Earth to help people and be a bold disciple to them as well. So once we moved to NC in 2020, I officially began my journey as a birth doula and educator. From there I have entered many different avenues from helping families nourish their bodies to helping them create their birth preference sheets to now guiding other birth workers to take hold of their calling and lead as Christ wants us to lead.
This is just the beginning to a wonderful, humbling journey & I am very grateful to be able to help mothers overcome past traumas, support their holistic journey's, and cultivate the birth experience they truly want/need for them and their baby.
Why a Doula?

There is a 25% decrease of having a ceasarean when you hire a birth doula.

There is a 10% decrease of choosing pain medications or interventions while in labor.
continuous support throughout pregnancy & labor
Doulas are there for serving the woman during childbirth and being a pillar of support through education, physical modalities, mental health, and spiritual well being.

There is a 30% increase in being satisfied with your birth experience when you hire a doula.
Why a Home Birth?
mom/baby centered
The mother gets to choose her care team, have increased bonding time with baby, and be able to give birth on their timeline.
safer birth location
Most of the time it is a safer birth location due to less stress, less interventions, and less trauma for mom or baby.
little to no interventions
Another great reason to have a home birth is to have a hands off experience. Many women find comfort in knowing their care team is supportive of the mom not wanting any interference.
increased support & informed consent
Your care team typically has longer prenatal visits with you, will guide you through natural or alternative methods for birth, and provide your informed consent for every decision.

A LOCAL POSTPARTUM SERVICE
In a community of military and rural families, I have seen the need for more community surrounding mothers and their little ones.
This service will be for anyone who needs help in the kitchen! I know one of my main focus’ is nourishing myself and my family but adding more to the family can be an adjustment, especially when the meal train has ended and the visitors stopped visiting, so let me help take some of that pressure off of you to get back out there and start doing it all by yourself again!
To make sure you and your family are well nourished, I have curated this service to provide you the opportunity to have that continued nourished support without rushing around, losing track of time, or being overwhelmed when you’re continuing to heal & adjusting to taking care of your growing family.

We will discuss meal plan/prep options, grocery store favorites, sensitivities, menu, and budget (plans start at $100 + grocery budget).

MENTORSHIP PROGRAM-FALL SESSION COMING SOON!
This is a Christian birth worker mentorship program where I help lead you through Christ's calling for us future and current birth workers. Whether you are a doula, wellness coach, childbirth educator, lactation consultant, fertility specialist, etc., you can find valuable information within this program.
This is a self-paced program with no deadlines on how soon or late you finish a chapter, however, the monthly meetings go over 4 chapters at a time.
Note: This is not a certified program. This is a private mentorship program created by myself and not tied to any other organization.
What you can expect from the program?
- To be able to confidently share your walk with Christ and his design for womanhood and motherhood within your business
- To further your knowledge and research on many Biblical birth topics
- To be equipped to support women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum
- Bonus topics w/guest speakers or supplemental video

PRICING DETAILS:
$200 pool/liner/pumps
$50 refundable deposit
Add ons:
In person setup/tear down $50
(within 20 miles of Goldsboro)
Hose and hose attachment NOT included
RENTAL DETAILS:
Once date and payment is secure, you will have the pool from 38-42 weeks gestation.
Once returned, cleaned, and in good condition you will receive your deposit.
Additional fees may apply if not returned properly.
